Crystal habit
In mineralogy, crystal habit is the characteristic external shape of an individual crystal or crystal group. The habit of a crystal is dependent on its crystallographic form and growth conditions, which generally creates irregularities due to limited space in the crystallizing medium.
Crystal Habit is a mineral and metaphysical store designed to celebrate our own irregularities forms and habits, as shaped by the ways we’ve been limited and the ways we’ve been resourceful. Crystal Habit is a place to buy rocks because they are pretty, because you feel something when you pick them up or you want to study the form and shape of something formed countless years ago.
Crystal Habit is run on nights and weekends by Molly aka MoonCitizen, who spends her 9-5 doing environmental communications work and trades rocks in the wee hours.
Crystal Habit is a party. You specifically are invited.
